Born in Tucson, Arizona and raised in Fergus, Ontario, Piercey lives and works in both the United States and Canada. 

 

Piercey is currently based in LA and starring opposite Dylan Minnette in the Netflix Original “The Open House”. She guest stars as Vincent D'Onofrio's wife in the new CBS All Access show, "Interrogation" and in the season 3 finale of CBS's "Bull", opposite Micheal Weatherly. In October, 2021, "Be Still" premiered at the Vancouver International Film Festival, in which Piercey portrays Canadian pioneer surrealist photographer Hannah Maynard. She has been spotlighted for her performances in many independent  films including the award winning "Chocolate", "Duke", "A Foreman" and "SalvageHer latest theatre credits include, "Dead Man's Cell Phone", "Frankenstein" and "SubUrbia" with Blind Pig Theatre in Vancouver.

 

After receiving a certificate of Performing Arts at TOOBA Physical Theatre Centre, Piercey completed four years of full time training based on the teachings of Lee Strasberg and Uta Hagen with Kate Twa at Railtown Actors Studio in Vancouver.  Piercey continues regular workshops with Kate as well as Voice with Dr. MacGregor Bannerman and On Camera Work with John Cassini. She has built a range of skills that lend to playing roles from quirky comedy to deadly serious with a sincere honesty and grounded performance. Piercey's LA training includes Lesly Kahn Comedy Intensive, scene study with Jeanie Hackett , BGB intensive and meisner with Playhouse West.
